Early Night...

Well, I am heading to bed early tonight! I have had a rough day. I went to the doctor today for my 4 month check up and got my 2nd round of immunizations (4 shots today). On a plus side, the doctor said I was looking great and "one big healthy baby!" I was 18.5 lbs - 95th percentile, 26.5 inches- 90th percentile. So, looks like I am just growing right along. I was also able to show her how I try to take walking steps. She was amazed and said that was a 9 month milestone--and asked if my parents had my birth date right!! Watch out mommy--I'll be mobile before you know it. Dad, you better cover up those exposed outlets!!!

Book Club

For those who are interested- I am starting a book club. July's book is "Mr. Brown Can Moo, Can You?" I think you will like the book. It makes a lot of silly noises (which my Mom does too well). It has rhyming words and nice illustrations. Email me if you would like to join the club and we can chat about our books ;)

Tennessee pit-stop with Pop Pop

I couldn't drive through Tennessee without seeing my Grandpa David! Or Pop Pop as I like to call him ;)

P.S. I love you Pop Pop!

4th of July

As you can tell by the picture I was very excited about our trip to Clemson, South Carolina to see Mike and Laura. Mom promised me 2 things. 1) We would go swimming everyday. 2) We would do nothing all day! The next 2 pictures show that Mommy lived up to her promises!
Here I am doing "nothing" with Mike. I am getting used to working remotes. I think the skill will come in handy all throughout life.

Here I am swimming with Laura. I loved the water! I could have stayed in there all day!
Here I am hanging out with Laura. She was a great hostess--and took very good care of me! It sure did feel like a vacation!
Yeah, I think I could get used to hanging out by a pool all day!

Mommy-seriously-put on some sunglasses!

No one is allowed to "swim in peace". Daisy has to be in the water with you. This is a picture of Daisy just after she jumped in and splashed us!Here we are right before we got in the car to leave. Daisy is taking one last look at the pool. Mommy and I are in our Clemson t-shirts that Mike and Laura got us!
